Support-Ticketing is a micro-application that lets you to manage your project issues and gives your customers the opportunity to create tickets and discuss about them.

Technologies

Under the hood, the ticketing system is made with PHP5 and powered by Mint, a micro-framework by Squallstar Studio.
Currently only MySQL databases are supported!

    Mint is a new webkit-based browser. It focuses mainly on the performances to reach the fastest browsing experience on the iPhone.
    It also adds the 4-screen browsing, a new system to navigate with up to 4 browsers simultaneously and the full-screen browsing.

    BANCHA is the new Content Management System made by Nicholas Valbusa with PHP5 and based on CodeIgniter, a light and powerful PHP framework.
    It is capable to manage any kind of project/website, specially when it have many different types of contents.
    Bancha bases its power on some pillars that make it different from other CMS: It allows you to handle any type of content: pages, news, photo galleries, products, etc ... through XML schemas. In 10 minutes, you can configure a website to manage, list and view any kind of thing you want.
